NFF Executive Committee Meets Today In Asaba, Major Decisions To Be Taken
Major decisions concerning Nigeria football are expected to be taken today when the NFF Executive Committee led by President Ibrahim Gusau meet in Asaba, www.insideglasshouse.com can report
One of the key decisions will be the appointment of the management board of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) as well as the various leagues.
The Interm Management Committee (IMC) of the NPL led by Gbenga Elegbeleye has rounded up its mandate to supervise the recently ended league season that saw Enyimba win a record ninth championship.
Elegbeleye and COO Davidson Owumi are expected to be retained to continue the remarkable work they have done to reposition the country’s top league.
It was further gathered that the other league boards will also be appointed and not elected and will have seven members including a secretary.
The clubs of the leagues will have three representatives.
