Ahlan Set To Be Named NFF Technical Committee Chairman?
Will Kano FA Chairman Sharif Inuwa Rabiu Ahlan (PICTURED) be named Chairman of the NFF Technical Committee, one of the most important sub-committees of the football federation?
The talk is that NFF President Ibrahim Gusau wishes to compensate his friend Ahlan with the prestigious post after he sacked him as Chairman of the Referees Appointment Committee.
Ahlan’s camp had promised war against Gusau after their Big Boss was fired, but it now appears the President wants to make up by appointing his friend as Chairman of the Technical Committee.
NFF 1st Vice President Felix Anyansi-Agwu has fancied his chances of reclaiming his former post, so too Chris Green, who took the sub-committee to “a next level”.
There has been a clamour for the appointment of the Tehnical Committee following the poor results of the various national teams including the Super Eagles recently.
