Gusau Plans 3-Man NFF Sub-Committees
It will not be business as usual whenever the NFF constitute their standing committees as President Ibrahim Gusau (PICTURED) wants a slim, three-person arrangement with a Secretary.
This is what is contained in the NFF Statutes until Amaju Pinnick came around and made these committees bogus, all comers affair to massage as many of the big egos in Nigeria Football.
The other question would be when will these committees be formed?
Some officials disclosed that it will be later this year as the NFF are shopping for the right people to get on these committees and make them effective.
It was further gathered that the NFF leadership will be a lot more comfortable to appoint these committees next month when anew Federal Government administration comes into office.
A serious source said they do not wish for the outgoing Sports Minister Sunday Dare to impose his nominees on these committees.
The Technical and Finance Committees are among the most important Sub-Committees in the running of the football federation.
