BREAKING: Litigants To Resume Court Case Against NFF

Litigants in the case against the NFF at the Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, have threatened to resume the legal battle should it be established that  Amaju Pinnick is the man convening an Emergency General Assembly on August 16 in Yenagoa.

A source revealed that the litigants have vowed that they will withdraw the motion to suspend the case from court.

This is once it is known that the emergency assembly will be called by Pinnick because the agreement with ‘Concerned FA Chairmen’ is that they will be the ones to call such a meeting.

It was further gathered that the NFF under Pinnick have already prepared a notice for an Emergency Congress on August 16 in Yenagoa but they will only make it public on the advice of their lawyers.
