Tingo Mobile Splashes 200 Million Naira A Year As Title Sponsor Of Federation Cup

www.insideglasshouse.com can exclusively report that Tingo Mobile has agreed to be the title sponsor of the Federation Cup for the next three years.

The telecommunications company will pay the NFF 200 Million Naira a year for the title rights of the country’s annual cup competition.

“Tingo has entered a sponsorship agreement for the next three years,” a source informed.

“The company will pay the NFF 200 Million Naira a year for this sponsorship rights.”

The mobile phone company sponsored the richest pre-season football tournament in Nigeria last year which paid winners Shooting Stars a whooping 100 Million Naira as prize money.

Tingo is owned by Billionnaiire Dozy Mmobuosi, who is bidding to buy Sheffield United who have been promoted to the Premier League.

The mobile phone company will replace Aiteo Group, an oil and gas concern, that has headlined the Federation Cup in the last four years.
