Yahaya Adama, Jalla Apply To Join High Court Case Against NFF

Former Kogi FA Chairman Yahaya Adama and Nigeria Football activist Harrison Jalla have requested through a motion to now be joined in the case brought by Seigha Obiene against the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Last month, the Federal High Court Yenagoa Division ruled that the Annual General Assembly planned for Lagos not take place after Obiene asked various questions about the legality of the NFF administration led by Pinnick.

Adama and Jalla have argued that the NFF Board is not in existence based on the Supreme Court judgment of April 27, 2018, which said the Board is a nullity.
And this also followed by an order of the Jos High Court of June 5, 2018, that declared the NFF Board illegal in case number FAC/J/CS/77/214.
That order said the NFF Board was not validly elected.
The case itself was first heard on January 10, 2022.
It has now been adjourned till February 7, 2022.
