Pinnick Has Proved He’s Incapable Of Leading Nigeria Football – Jalla

The Facilitator of Project 2022 Task Force Harrison Jalla has said Amaju Pinnick is incapable of leading the NFF and that explains why Nigeria Football has woefully regressed in the last eight years under his watch.

“The administration is to blame for the poor state of football in Nigeria,” said Jalla as he led a peaceful protest demanding for Pinnick and his Executive Committee to resign.

“Today we have an administration that is incapable of running the affairs of Nigeria Football.

“This is therefore a call for a drastic change – the NFF Statutes has to be amended to allow for equal representation of the groups, the players, the coaches, the referees, the clubs and the State FAs.”

In eight years under Pinnick, Nigeria have failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup and two AFCONs.

The country has also lost its dominance in the age-group competitions internationally, while the NPFL is only professional by name.

Pinnick and his top officials have also faced weighty allegations of corruption, whose investigations have stalled due to a highly compromised system.
