PROJECT 2022: Countdown To 90-Day Mandatory Notice To NFF

Marching towards the September 2022 NFF Elections to end the infamy that characterised the inglorious two-term tenure of NFF President Amaju Pinnick, the Footballers Bloc, under the auspices of the PFAN Task Force, has dully observed all protocols.

The PFAN Task Force mandate is to ensure that the 2022 NFF Elections and future elections must hold under a new setting subject to the following-

(1) The amendment of the NFF Statutes 2010 as it affects composition of the Congress

(2) Amendment of the Statutes as it affects composition of the NFF Board and

(3) The voting pattern.

These amendments are to be conducted under the watch of an independent football consultative Assembly or a forum of football stakeholders of eminent Nigerians.

The skewed process of a constituted Congress of 44 members dominated by one member with 37 votes and 11 members on an NFF Board of 15 members would be a thing of the past from September 2022.

It was consequent upon these anomalies that the PFAN Task Force was set up and inaugurated on 26th June 2021 in Warri Delta State, with a clear mandate to drive the change process in Nigeria Football within the rule books of FIFA, CAF, NFF and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended.

Effect an amendment to relevant provisions of the NFF statutes 2010 including the dubious contraption called League Management Company (LMC)  with a fraudulent 99 years lease hold on the NPFL and ensure the Footballers Bloc takes full control and command of football administration in the country to arrest the free fall of Nigeria Football.

HARRISON JALLA, Chairman PFAN Task Force/Facilitator Project 2022.
