PROJECT 2022: The Change From The Inside, 69 Days From 90-Day Mandatory Notice To NFF

It’s exactly one year to the end of the disastrous two-term tenure of the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF Board.

Fresh elections must hold into the Congress and Board of the Nigeria Football Federation in September 2022 under a complete new dispensation and departure from the past.

The fresh elections must hold under the following circumstances and conditions

(1) An Amendment of the NFF Statutes 2010 as it affects the composition of the Congress

(2) Amendment of the Statutes as it affects the composition of the NFF Board and

(3) The voting pattern.

These amendments will be conducted under the auspices of a Football Consultative Assembly or a forum of Football stakeholders of eminent Nigerians.

The NFF as constituted today stands out as the only one member Football Federation in the world. The Congress is made up of 37 members of the State Football Association chairmen in a Congress of 44 members, while the NFF Board is made up of 11 members of the State Football Association Chairmen in a Board of 15 members.

To make matters worse 90% of these State Football Association Chairmen are handpicked impostors, who have no business with the game of football.

Back ground checks on their profile reveal clearly that they are hustlers who came through the back door to hijack Nigeria Football through manipulation of the 2010 Statutes and massive vote buying.

It was in the light of the above that the PFAN Task Force was set up and inaugurated in Warri on the 26th of June 2021 with a clear mandate to drive the change  process in Nigeria Football within the rule books of FIFA, CAF, NFF, and the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,  effect an amendment of relevant provisions of the NFF Statutes 2010 including the dubious so-called League Management Company (LMC) holding the NPFL by the jugular and ensure the Footballers Bloc takes control and command of Football administration in the country to arrest the free fall of the game in Nigeria.

We present our first team towards the NFF September 2022 Elections.

HARRISON JALLA, Chairman PFAN Task Force/Facilitator Project 2022
