How Much Cash To NFF From Costa Rica Friendly Remains A Big Mystery

The NFF as well as the Match Agent have so far refused to divulge the amount of money the football federation received from World Cup-bound Costa Rica for today’s friendly against the Super Eagles second team (PICTURED).

Costa Rica earlier today beat Nigeria 2-0 at the National Stadium in San Jose to round up their preparations for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

However, both officials of the NFF and Match Agent Jairo Pachon will not disclose how much was paid to the country to honour this invitation as well as the other terms of the agreement.

www.insideglasshouse.com further gathered that only three persons are privy to the revenue generated from such friendlies as well as the other terms involved.

The persons are former NFF President Amaju Pinnick, General Secretary Mohammed Sanusi and Super Eagles team administrator Dayo Enebi.

A top official said that with his election as NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau, “could now be carried along as per the details of these friendlies”.

www.insideglasshouse.com investigation has shown that more than $5 Million from international friendlies by Super Eagles in the past seven years has yet to be properly accounted for.
