2022 NFF ELECTIONS: Confusion Over Who Will Vote Today
With the scrapping of the LMC and the division in the players’ union, questions are being asked who will be some of those who will vote in today’s polls.
The LMC could be represented by the NPFL now led by Davidson Owumi, a top official said.
That should also mean that the CEOs of the various leagues will vote on behalf of their leagues.
It was also gathered that PFAN led by Tijjani Babangida will be the players union to vote today.
The ANFPU led by Abdul Sule and midwifed by former NFF President Amaju Pinnick will again lose out.
www.insideglasshouse.com learnt confusion trails who will vote for the referees, the Chairman of the body, Tade Azeez, or the head of the NFF refereeing department Sani Zubairu?
This followed a FIFA memo that insisted that the referees should not be involved for ethical reasons.
