Pinnick Last-Ditch Option Kwande Fails After He Is Refused NFF Presidency Form

A last-minute decision by outgoing NFF President Amaju Pinnick for Sulaiman Yahaya Kwande to join the race to succeed him has back fired big time as the NFF Executive Committee Member has already bought a nomination form to retain his seat on the NFF Board.

A candidate will be expressly disqualified should he purchase forms for two different forms.

Kwande was informed accordingly by the NFF Electoral Committee office in Abuja.

www.insideglasshouse.com has already reported that Kwande was ordered by Pinnick to now buy a form for the NFF Presidency following speculations that the FGN may be interested in who becomes the next NFF President and so shut out his henchmen.

On Wednesday, Pinnick met with three Presidential aspirants – Shehu Dikko, Seyi Akinwunmi and Ibrahim Gusau.

In an official press statement by the NFF, Pinnick said the meeting was to assure them he does not have a candidate and that they should act with decency during the polls fixed for September 30, 2022, in Benin City.

But contrary to these claims, www.insideglasshouse.com reported same day that the meeting was to get a sole candidate among the three aspirants so as to stop a “Government Candidate”.
