NFF ELECTIONS: Musa Amadu, Abba Yola Pick Presidential Forms

It certainly promises to be a large field of aspirants who wish to succeed Amaju Pinnick as NFF President next month as former NFF General Secretary Musa Amadu (PICTURED ABOVE) and ex-Kano Pillars Chairman Abba Yola (PICTURED BELOW) today also purchased their forms for the polls.

Musa Amadu has promised to restore the glory of Nigeria football while working with all critical Stakeholders.

‘Mr Integrity of Nigeria Football’ has also vowed for an accountable, transparent and inclusive NFF administration.

Abba Yola, on his own part, said he plans to make changes to country’s No 1 sport.


“The call to get involved and change things informed my decision to contest for the president of the NFF. If one really wants to make a change then you have to be involved in the process”, said shortly Yola after he picked his form.

He was Chairman of Kano Pillars when they won the NPFL championship back-to-back league titles and also supervised the construction of the present head office of the NFF, when he served on the Presidential Task Force headed by Patrick Ekeji.

He will address a press conference to formally declare his interest at Nicon Luxury Hotel in Abuja tomorrow. At the last count at least 10 persons have so far indicated interest to vie for the NFF Presidency.
