Pinnick Dashes In For Rivers United Photo-Op, Then Flies Back To Morocco
Celebrity NFF President Amaju Pinnick is not one to pass off a photo opportunity – recall the many times he posed for photos with FIFA President as well as the CAF boss.
And so Pinnick flew in from Morocco the night before for the coronation of Rivers United as NPFL champions Sunday and same day headed back to the North African nation that is hosting the 2022 WAFCON.
Photo above shows Pinnick in brown suit to the left, backing camera on the rostrum with other top officials like Governor Wike, Sports Minister Sunday Dare and LMC Chairman Shehu Dikko.
Distance was never going to be a barrier for him to be part of history in the oil city of Port Harcourt on Sunday.
Who will want to miss the chance to impress the ever-generous Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, who has severally come to the rescue of the often cash-strapped NFF?
Pinnick certainly won’t.
