Kwara FA Boss Idris Musa Insists On Enjoying ‘Good Time’ Trip To Morocco Offered By Pinnick
Kwara FA Chairman Idris Musa Abdullahi aka ‘Thuraya’ (PICTURED) may well have shown his hand in the face-off between the NFF Executives and the NFF Congress after he insisted on taking up an offer from President Amaju Pinnick for a “good time” at the ongoing 2022 WAFCON in Morocco.
The FA Chairman has maintained he is only enjoying his right and this trip was not different from when he also went on a similar trip to Cameroon during the AFCON in February.
“Concerned” FA Chairmen had resolved to reject Pinnick’s all-expense-paid trip to Morocco so as to win back their confidence and support.
Instead, they have insisted Pinnick convenes a General Assembly immediately.
Idris Musa was recently thrown out of a parley between “Concerned” FA Chairmen and NFF Executive Committee representatives in Abuja after serious questions were raised about his loyalty to the cause for a better Nigeria Football.
He is one of a handful of FA Chairmen fingered to support embattled Pinnick.
‘Thuraya’ will now fly out with “all manner of persons” for the jamboree to Morocco Thursday in time for the Super Falcons crucial WAFCON quarterfinal against Cameroon in Casablanca.
