Chairman Of Chairmen Ibrahim Gusau Steps out For NFF President
Chairman of Chairmen and Zamfara FA Chairman Ibrahim Gusau (PICTURED) has stepped out to replace close ally Amaju Pinnick as the next President of the NFF.
Gusau has thus become the fourth Executive Committee Member to declare his interest in the NFF foremost position.
The first and second Vice Presidents, Seyi Akinwunmi and Shehu Dikko, as well as Ahmed Yusuf ‘Fresh’ are the others from the NFF Executive Committee.
Gusau has good following in the Northern Bloc and he is known to be open to form alliances across the country.
However, the biggest minus of his presidential campaign is that he does not have a big war chest for the polls that have been basterdised by vote-buying for the last two won by Amaju Pinnick.
