Shehu Dikko Breaks Down In Tears After He’s Told LMC To Be Disbanded

LMC Chairmen Shehu Dikko (PICTURED) cut a most pathetic picture when he broke down and wept uncontrollably like a baby after it was broken to him that Sports Minister Sunday Dare has got approval from the Federal Government to disband the organisers of the NPFL.

“He was worse than a train wreck,” revealed a top source.

“It was as if the whole world had suddenly come down on him.”

The inside information was presumably leaked to him by his business partner and NFF President Amaju Pinnick.

The whole drama happened last month and caused the LMC to stage a very colourful presentation of a new sponsor, Bitnob, supposedly on the day the Doomsday announcement was to have been made.

It also got Shehu Dikko to catch the next flight to Uyo, where he went groveling and begging to the Sports Minister to spare the hammer.

It appears Dare heeded the many pleas coming from various quarters including NFF marketer Bukola Olapade and ever since Shehu Dikko has been licking his ass, like getting the LMC official Twitter handle to tag the Sports Minister on all their tweets.

But has the last really been heard about the dismantling of the contraption called the LMC especially with the inconsistencies and bias they have shown in sanctioning clubs, players and officials, who run foul of the rules?

The latest shame upon the league this past week was when Kano Pillars chairman turned a football match into a boxing bout and yet his team were left off lightly.

Such should be expected as the LMC is being held hostage by the clubs and those who lead the NPFL organisers must tread softly or else the clubs could fight back and demand that they be allowed to now run their league themselves.

Surely the last has not been heard about the fate of the LMC.
