Court Order Now To Be Withdrawn For NFF Congress To Meet

An order by the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa, will immediately be withdrawn to allow for the NFF Congress to meet again after the NFF AGA was aborted in December on account of this order.
This was revealed in a communiqué signed by “Concerned FA Chairmen” after a meeting with the players’ union PFAN/Project 2022, whose member is the plaintiff in the matter.
Both parties agreed that the case be withdrawn and that thereafter they expect the NFF Executive Committee to convene an emergency General Assembly to discuss the way forward for Nigeria Football.
