CAF Boss Refused To Talk To Sports Minister On Pinnick Third Term Agenda

It can be revealed that CAF President Patrice Motsepe rejected a plea by Amaju Pinnick that he should talk to Sports Minister Sunday Dare on the need for the NFF President to go ahead with his plans for a third term in office.

Various sources informed www.insideglasshouse.com that this happened on the sidelines of the recent CAF Confederation Cup Final staged at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

“Pinnick cannot imagine life without being NFF President,” one official said.

“As a result, he is still doing everything to extend his tenure at the head of Nigeria Football.”

Pinnick begged Motsepe to put in a word for him to carry on as NFF President, but the best the South African Billionaire could do for him in this regard was to give an interview in which he commended the FIFA Council member.

Pinnick has told the world he will not seek to extend a totally disastrous two-term tenure as NFF President after the backlash from the Super Eagles failure to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

However, the same man has since gone behind the scenes to get others to cause him to rescind this decision.
