Bayelsa High Court Sets New Date for NFF Hearing

The Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, will now communicate a new hearing date in a case brought against the NFF.

This was after the trial Judge was unavailable for hearing this week.

It would be recalled that the court has ruled on an exparte application filed together with a motion on notice in suit No FHC/YNG/CS/133/2021 brought by a retired footballer and board member of Nembe City FC, Seigha Obiene, asking for the NFF AGA to be stopped.

Honourable Justice Isa H.Dashen granted the restraining order on December 10, 2021, against NFF President Amaju Pinnick, the Nigeria Football Association, Shehu Dikko (LMC Chairman), NNL Chairman, NWPL Chairperson, the Honourable Sports Minister and the Inspector General of Police.
