Idah Peterside: They Also Tried To Fire Me From SuperSport

Bishop Idah Peterside (PICTURED left) , a former international goalkeeper and who was the first media officer of the Super Eagles, has revealed that some top officials of the NFF tried to get him fired from the SuperSport TV programme Soccer Africa because they felt he was working for the opposition.

Peterside’s reaction comes on the heels of www.insideglasshouse.com story that LMC Chairman Shehu Dikko attempted to get the anchors of another SuperSport TV programme Naija Made sacked after they criticized the way and manner he has been running of the NPFL.

“They tried to do the same to me,” Peterside said.

“They sent a top official to come and report me and that they should fire me because I was supporting a different group against them.

“SuperSport asked them to show proof of their claim.”

Is Shehu Dikko part owner of SuperSport? Does he think it is ran as NTA or other TV stations owned by Nigerians? He claimed the presenters are supporting the opposition camp. Can he hear himself. It’s a big SHAME that SHAMELESS people are managing our joy: football
