Pinnick 3rd Term Ambition Continues To Tear NFF Apart

The grumblings among major stakeholders of Nigeria Football are getting louder and louder over the third-term ambition of NFF President Amaju Pinnick (PICTURED).

www.insideglasshouse.com checks showed that majority of the NFF Congress is seriously opposed to Pinnick continuing in office.

Such is the opposition that one of the State FA Chairmen from the Southwest has predicted that should Pinnick persist with his personal ambition, he could end up in jail.

“We are hearing about money here and there for the NFF, but we are not the ones spending it,” grumbled another State FA Chairman.

Another interesting angle in this third term saga is that Chairman of Chairmen Ibrahim Gusau, who has already declared his interest in the NFF Presidency, has curiously been the willing ally of Pinnick in this third-term craze.

“I want to think that Gusau is only playing to the gallery, he just doesn’t want to rock the boat yet and that’s why he is leading Amaju on,” another FA Chairman reasoned.

Most stakeholders moan that the many problems now besetting the NFF – multiple court cases, corruption probes and the hated Master Plan committee – have been caused by Pinnick and his vaulting personal ambitions even when there is nothing to write about his seven years in charge of Nigeria Football.
