Galadima Heads Master Plan Committee, Yemi Idowu Vice-Chairman

Former NFF President Ibrahim Galadima (PICTURED) has been named Chairman of the 16-person Nigeria Football Master Plan Committee and he will be assisted by successful businessman Yemi Idowu.

Under Galadima’s leadership, the NFF were known for their accountability and transparency.

Kano-born Galadima has been a leading sports administrator for most of his life and has been credited with founding the now famous NPFL side Kano Pillars.

He is known for his forthrightness and total devotion to the national sport.

Vice-Chairman Yemi Idowu is the owner of Nath Boys of Lagos, who gave Super Eagles star Wilfred Ndidi the platform to now play in the highly-rated Premier League with Leicester City.

He has sponsored many sporting events and teams from his pocket and has served on many national sports committees.

He is expected to bring his business acumen to bear on the deliberations of the committee.

The secretary of the committee is Bode Durotoye and he will be assisted by former NFF General Secretary Musa Amadu, a lawyer by profession known for attention to details.

The other members are – Emmanuel Babayaro, Sunday Oliseh, Segun Odegbami, Ikeddy Isiguzo, Ayo Omidiran,  Augustine Ojiabor, Tobechukwu Okigbo, Ade Ojiekere, Moahmmed Sanusi, Tony Nnachetta, Muhammad Daha Umar Faruk, John Opubor
